Noah’s UK Education is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and respectful online environment for all students, particularly those under the age of 18.

1. Purpose of the Policy

This policy ensures the safety and wellbeing of children and young people during all online tuition sessions. It promotes trust, transparency, and respect while ensuring full compliance with UK safeguarding laws and ethical responsibilities.

2. Tutor Responsibilities

All tutors representing Noah’s UK Education must maintain the highest standards of professionalism at all times. Communication with students and parents must remain appropriate, respectful, and strictly related to tuition.

Tutors are prohibited from engaging in one-to-one communication with students outside approved learning platforms or official channels. All lessons are conducted through secure, professional platforms such as Zoom Webinar, managed under Noah’s UK Education’s official systems.

3. Parental or Guardian Involvement

Parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to monitor or attend sessions, particularly for younger students. All session bookings, account management, and important communication must include the parent or guardian of any student under the age of 18.

4. Reporting Concerns

Any tutor or staff member who observes signs of neglect, abuse, or inappropriate behaviour must record and report these concerns confidentially. Where necessary, Noah’s UK Education will escalate concerns to the relevant local safeguarding authority or child protection services in accordance with UK safeguarding procedures.

5. Code of Conduct

Tutors will always act in the best interests of students, creating a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment. Physical contact, personal relationships, or discussions unrelated to tuition are strictly prohibited.

Students are expected to show respect towards tutors and peers, maintain appropriate online behaviour, and avoid sharing personal information beyond what is necessary for learning.

6. Technology and Privacy

All sessions are delivered through secure, password-protected platforms. Lesson recordings may only take place with explicit parental or guardian consent and will be used solely for educational or safeguarding purposes.

All personal data and student information are handled in accordance with Noah’s UK Education’s Privacy Policy and comply with current UK Data Protection and GDPR regulations.

7. Review and Updates

This policy is reviewed annually or sooner if required to maintain compliance with UK safeguarding standards and best practice. Updates will be communicated to tutors, parents, and relevant staff.
