Welcome to Noah’s UK Education. By enrolling your child or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before registering or participating in any of our tuition programmes.

1. Overview

Noah’s UK Education provides affordable, high-quality online tuition for students in Years 7 to 11, covering Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
Lessons are delivered live via Zoom Webinar and supported by homework and learning resources hosted on our website, noahseducation.com
We offer a 7-day free trial followed by a £19.99 per week per student subscription for continued access. These terms govern the use of our website, services, lessons, and resources.

2. Registration and Enrolment

Parents or guardians must register their child or children directly through our official communication channels (such as WhatsApp or our website contact form).
You do not need to create an online account. Instead, you must provide accurate details for each child enrolled, including full name, school year, and subject choices.
If you are enrolling more than one child, it is your responsibility to inform us of the correct number of children so that billing and access are managed correctly.
All information you provide must remain accurate and up to date. Misreporting or failure to update this information may affect your access to lessons or result in billing errors.

3. Free Trial and Subscription

All new students begin with a 7-day free trial, giving full access to live lessons and learning resources.
At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically continue at £19.99 per week per student, unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
Payments are processed securely through trusted UK payment providers. You may cancel your subscription at any time via WhatsApp or email.
Noah’s UK Education does not issue refunds for partial weeks or unused lessons.

4. Lessons and Learning Platform

Lessons are delivered live via Zoom Webinar. Students can attend any scheduled group sessions suitable for their year group and subjects.
All homework and learning materials are provided through noahseducation.com, where students and parents can view assignments and lesson updates.
Noah’s UK Education reserves the right to adjust lesson times, tutors, or online systems when necessary to maintain quality and continuity of service.

5. Tutor Conduct and Professional Standards

All tutors are vetted, trained, and required to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respectful communication at all times.
Tutors will never contact students outside approved Noah’s UK Education channels.
Tutors follow our Safeguarding Policy, ensuring every session remains safe, appropriate, and inclusive.

6. Student Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully, follow instructions, and maintain a positive learning environment.
Sharing inappropriate content, using offensive language, or disclosing personal information unrelated to learning is strictly prohibited.
Repeated breaches of conduct may result in suspension or removal from the programme without refund.

7. Parental and Guardian Responsibilities

Parents or guardians are encouraged to monitor sessions, particularly for younger students.
They are responsible for ensuring their child has a stable internet connection and a suitable environment for learning.
All communication regarding lessons, payments, and scheduling must be handled by the parent or guardian.

8. Payments and Fees

After the 7-day free trial, tuition is billed at £19.99 per week per student.
Payments are processed automatically through your chosen payment method until cancellation.
There are no registration fees, hidden charges, or long-term contracts.
It is the parent or guardian’s responsibility to ensure the correct number of children is declared for billing.
Failure to complete payment or provide accurate information may result in suspended access until the issue is resolved.

9. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.
Access remains active until the end of your current paid period.
If you cancel during your 7-day trial, you will not be charged.
No refunds are issued once a new billing period has begun.

10. Safeguarding and Data Protection

We are fully committed to protecting the welfare and privacy of all students.
All personal information is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
Safeguarding policies apply to all tutors, students, and parents to ensure a safe, professional online learning environment.

11. Limitation of Liability

Noah’s UK Education provides tuition services to support academic progress but does not guarantee specific exam grades or outcomes.
We are not liable for technical issues, internet disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control that may affect lesson access.
While every effort is made to maintain quality and reliability, service interruptions may occur occasionally due to system updates or tutor availability.

12. Policy Updates

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in services or legal requirements.
Any updates will be published on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
